CitySavvy Ltd and Investor Voice BV merge
Agencies strengthen teams, geographic reach and capabilities
London, Amsterdam and Langbroek, the Netherlands, June 15, 2009 - Pan-European corporate and financial communications agency CitySavvy Ltd and Dutch financial communications advisory firm Investor Voice BV announce today their intention to merge the two companies. The combination of the two firms heralds the creation of a top-tier agency in the corporate and financial communications field in the Benelux.
The addition of Investor Voice to CitySavvy's award winning corporate and financial communications capabilities will strengthen the agency's expertise, particularly in the specialised areas of corporate actions, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, governance issues, capital market transactions and financial crises. CitySavvy will provide Investor Voice clients with a broader portfolio of related services, as well as relevant geographic reach.
Effective immediately, Investor Voice founder and Managing Director Anne Louise van Lynden van Sandenburg will become the Managing Director of CitySavvy's Benelux operations, based in Amsterdam and she will become a major shareholder and board member of the agency's UK limited company.
