Jana Sanchez, Chief Executive and Founding Director

Jana specialises in pan-European and UK PR, is active in investor relations and provides crisis and financial media training to executives across Europe. She provides strategic financial PR for large listed corporations and runs several of the agency's financial services accounts.

She has more than 20 years experience in media and communications. Before starting CitySavvy, Jana ran her own communications consultancy in the Netherlands for several years. Prior to that she was a foreign correspondent for Reuters, which provided her with a solid understanding of financial markets.

Jana was previously the London bureau chief for IDG News Service, wrote for IR magazine and launched two print magazines for corporate communicators, CorpComms magazine and Corporate Online magazine.

Jana has a BA in Political Science from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

In addition to her native English, Jana speaks conversational Dutch.
