Marina Millington-Ward, Director

Marina leads the firm’s public and investor relations practice in the Netherlands and specialises in advising the boards of Benelux companies in crisis and transaction periods.

Before joining CitySavvy, she was head of IR at Buhrmann (now Corporate Express) and an analyst for Dutch midcap companies at Deutsche Bank. Most recently, she coordinated the economics reporting team for Dutch broadcaster NOS Journaal.

Marina also worked as a journalist for Bloomberg, covering international finance. Her writing has appeared in The New York Times, International Herald Tribune and The Washington Post.

She has a law degree from Queen's University of Belfast and a postgraduate diploma in finance and marketing from University College, Dublin.

In addition to her native Dutch and English, she has a working knowledge of French and German.
