David Walter, Media Partner 

Senior TV and radio journalist David Walter specialises in media, crisis and presentation training for CitySavvy clients.

During his television career, David was a national political correspondent in Britain for ITN, Channel Four News and the BBC. He also served as the BBC’s Correspondent in Paris, and presented editions of the current affairs programmes Panorama and Correspondent as well as several long-running radio series, notably Europhile for BBC Radio 4. David has written extensively for newspapers including The Economist, The New Statesman, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph and The Times. He is the author of four books.

David has also served as communications director for the Liberal Democrat Party.

David was educated at Trinity College, Oxford, where he was President of the Oxford Union. He then spent a year as a Kennedy Memorial Scholar at MIT in the United States before joining the BBC as a producer.
